Welcome to CongressIn ("we," "our," "us"), a platform owned and operated by Conference Management Software LLC, a
Wyoming limited liability company ("Company"). By using our services, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to these
Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Services Provided
CongressIn offers tools for conference organizers to manage academic conferences, including but not limited to
public website customization, abstract submission, review management, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
2. Account Responsibilities

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information
during registration.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.
3. License and Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CongressIn for its intended purposes.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial use beyond the scope of conference management is prohibited.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Use our services for unlawful or harmful activities.
- Interfere with the operation of CongressIn or its security.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Use automated systems or bots to access or scrape data.
5. User Content Restrictions
Users may not upload, post, or otherwise submit content to CongressIn that:
- Contains harmful, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive material.
- Violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
- Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual
orientation, or other protected characteristics.
- Includes malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
- Interferes with or disrupts the operation of CongressIn or other users' experiences.
We reserve the right to review, remove, or block any content that violates these restrictions at our sole discretion.
6. Fees and Payments

Free Website Customization: Users can create a customizable conference
website free of charge.

Paid Features: Access to additional features, such as abstract and symposia
submissions, requires a one-time payment. The payment amount is determined by the size and scope of the
event, with options tailored to different organizational needs.

Activation of Features: Payment must be completed to activate submission
and symposia management features. Until payment is processed, these features remain inaccessible.

Single Event Use: Each payment is valid for a single event only. Using paid
features for multiple events under a single conference website is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to modify the pricing structure, the
features included in free or paid tiers, and the available payment options at any time. Notice of such
changes will be provided before they take effect.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if explicitly agreed upon and
will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made in writing within 15 days of payment.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your
account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted permanently.
8. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All software, content, and trademarks related to CongressIn are
the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a
license to use it for operating and improving our services.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of CongressIn is subject to our Privacy Policy, which
explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising out of your use of CongressIn. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount
you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimers
CongressIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee
that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or
expenses arising from your use of CongressIn or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws
principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use
of CongressIn after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
