Welcome to CongressIn ("we," "our," "us"), a platform owned and operated by Conference Management Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company"). By using our services, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

CongressIn offers tools for conference organizers to manage academic conferences, including but not limited to public website customization, abstract submission, review management, scheduling, and attendance tracking.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CongressIn for its intended purposes. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial use beyond the scope of conference management is prohibited.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted permanently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of CongressIn. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of CongressIn after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
