About CongressIn

Hi! I’m Ariel Roffé, the founder and developer of CongressIn. I’m a Philosophy Ph.D. researcher from Argentina, specializing in the philosophy of biology. (You can learn more about me on my personal website, ResearchGate, and GitHub.)

Over the years, I’ve organized a variety of academic events—from focused workshops with 10–15 participants to large-scale conferences with 600+ submissions. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to manage conferences without the right tools: juggling Google Forms, handling email submissions, manually creating certificates of assistance, and building schedules for complex, multi-session events.

Before creating CongressIn, I found that existing tools often fell short:

After repeatedly designing custom websites for different events, I realized there was an opportunity to create a comprehensive platform that could address these issues. That’s how CongressIn was born—a user-friendly, affordable, and feature-rich solution built from real-world experience to simplify conference organization.

I am committed to continually improving CongressIn to better serve your needs. If you have ideas for new features or encounter an issue, please reach out through the contact page. I personally review inquiries and will do my best to assist.

Happy organizing!
